This appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on June 15, 2021 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning. A Development Permit was issued on July 16, 2021.
Van Land Use Consulting has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to complete:
- Interior alterations and change the use of approximately 1,935 sq. ft. from existing Retail to Liquor Store (Type-2) in this existing commercial building
Under the site’s existing C-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
