The Director of Planning approved the application on March 9, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Cornerstone Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- Two Passive House multiple dwelling townhouse buildings
- A site total of twelve secured market rental units
- Approximate total site Floor Space Ratio of 1.40 (1,039.56 m² / 11,193.00 sq. ft.)
- Approximate maximum height of 10.70 m (35.10 ft.)
- Parking and bicycle spaces located in the underground level of 7280 Fraser St development proposal
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 rezoning to be approved by Council, this application is “conditional” and may be permitted pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
