740 Union St (DP-2021-00775) development application

Carscadden Stokes Macdonald Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Interior/exterior alterations to the one-family dwelling with secondary suite
  • To raise rear portion of roof to be same height as front interior to all floors

Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
