Pinnacle Decision Design Associates Ltd, has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey single family dwelling with a secondary suite located in the basement and one accessory building (garage) at the rear, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 35.09 ft.
- A total floor space ratio of 0.74 (approximately 2,242.22 sq. ft.)
- Two parking spaces having vehicular access from thelane
Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
