RH Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey Church on this site, consisting of:
- A proposed FSR of .6 (24,638 sq.ft.)
- A proposed height of 11.5 m (37.7 ft.)
- One level of underground parking, providing a total of 122 parking spaces having vehicular access from lane
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
