7474 Ross St - Ross Park (DP-2026-00519) developent application

Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site, a one-storey accessory building (fieldhouse) including community room, washrooms and mechanical room supporting future spray park at this existing Park (Ross Park), replacing the existing fieldhouse, consisting of:

• A floor space ratio (FSR) of 0.01 (93.6 m² / 1,007 sq.ft.)
• A height of 4.1 m. (13.45 ft.)
  
  

Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
