The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on January 16, 2025.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are unable to send out postcard notifications to inform the public about Development Permit applications. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Guestlist After Hours and Events Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use from a Cabaret to a Hall use for Special Events, and a non-alcoholic After Hours Dance Club, consisting of:

  • Proposed Hall hours of operation:
    • Monday to Saturday and long weekend Sundays from 10 pm to 3 am
  • Proposed Non-Alcoholic After Hours Dance Club:
    • Saturday to Sunday and long weekend Mondays from 3 am to 7 am with DJ’s performing live music, laser light shows, and dancing
  • For ages 19 and over

Under the site’s existing CD-1(349) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
