The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn by the applicant on May 14, 2025.

HAVN Saunas Inc., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to permanently secure a vessel to the dock (150 ft. in length and 34 ft. in width), to be used as a floating spa, providing beauty and wellness services, at this existing address.

Under the site’s existing CD-1(349) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
