Batch Hospitality has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to convert the existing display kiosk to a Restaurant Class 1 (retrofitted shipping container) with covered patio and add two storage containers, on this existing site, consisting of:

  • Additional floor area of approximately 608.0 sq. ft.
  • Hours of Operation: 7 am to 12 am, 7 days a week

Under the site’s existing CD-1(349) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
