Building Example
New submission (June 12, 2024):
The City of Vancouver has received a new submission to rezone the subject site. The new submission proposes to rezone from R1-1 (Residential Inclusive) District to RM-8A (Residential) District. This proposal includes:
Stacked residential townhouses or rowhouses up to three storeys fronting the street; and
If approved, this site's zoning will change to RM-8A, an established zoning district. Any development on the site would be regulated by the District Schedule and accompanying design guidelines. This approach differs from a site-specific Comprehensive Development (CD-1) District rezoning.
The specific form of development (building design) will be reviewed through a future development permit process. Application drawings will be available for viewing and comment at that time.
