Architectural Collective Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter, relocate, and retain the existing two-storey single detached character house at the front, and to develop five two-storey single detached infill buildings at the rear, for a total of six dwelling units on this site, consisting of:
A proposed total Floor Space Ratio of 0.65 (approximately 11,664.30 sq. ft. / 1,083.65 m2) for the site
0.12 FSR for the principal building
0.11 FSR for each infill
A proposed height of approximately:
25.57 ft. / 7.79 m for the principal building
27.88 ft./ 8.49 m for the infills
Six surface parking spaces for four dwelling units and one attached vehicle garage for each dwelling units, providing a total of twelve vehicle parking spaces on site, having access from Angus Drive.
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
