The Director of Planning approved the application on October 11, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"



The City of Vancouver has received an application to develop a new six-storey apartment building, with three-storey rear townhouse building on this site, consisting of:

  • Lot consolidation of 183 and 195 Southwest Marine Drive lots
  • Proposed total of 46 secured market rental residential units
  • Approximate total site Floor Space Ratio of 2.44 (2,791 m² / 30,040 sq. ft.)
  • Approximate overall building height of 17.4 m (56.7 ft.)
  • One level of underground parking (approximately 16 stalls)with vehicular access from the rear lane

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 rezoning, to be approved by Council, this application is “conditional” and may be permitted pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
