The Director of Planning approved the application on September 23, 2025, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Kuntjoro Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations to add a Child Daycare Facility for up to 16 children on the ground level space in the existing Church on this site, consisting of:

  • A floor area of approximately 1,540.0 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
