Purpose Driven Development has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with phase one of two, consisting of:
- Two new apartment buildings, all social housing, including:
- A six-storey building with 123 units for seniors
- A 26-storey building with 282 units
- A Floor Space Ratio of 2.91
- An approximate maximum height of 25.3 m (83 ft.) and 78.8 m (258.5 ft.)
- Three levels of underground parking, accessed from the lane
The development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on February 5, 2026, and is subject to Council enactment of the amended CD-1 (88) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
