Architrix Design Studio Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add, alter and convert the existing single detached house to a single detached house with secondary suite and to develop a detached garage on this site, consisting of:
- A proposed height of approximately 9.14 m (30.00 ft.)
- A Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 3,023.70 sq. ft.)
- A total of two parking spaces having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
