PC Urban has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop two mixed-used buildings on this site, consisting of:
- 21-storeys, plus amenity space located above
- A Child Daycare Facility on the ground floor
- 507 Secured Market Rental units from levels 2-21 intended to support VCH and VGH staff
- A proposed FSR of 7.4
- A proposed Floor Area of 277,724 sq.ft. (25,801 m²)
- A proposed Height of 208 ft. (63.5 m)
- Three levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s draft CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
