The Director of Planning approved the application on August 14, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Shape Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop four multiple dwellings (townhouses), containing 26 strata-titled dwelling units, consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately 10.2 m for Building A, 11.2 m for Building B, 11.5 m for Building C, and 10.1 m for Building D
  • A total floor space ratio of 1.20 (approximately 2,830 m²)
  • One level of underground parking with 34 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s pending RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
