Wesbild Holdings Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new six-storey mixed-use building containing Manufacturing, Storage and Retail uses on this site, consisting of:
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.85 (approximately 217,595 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of 78.6 ft.
Parking and loading spaces located at grade
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
