The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 21, 2025.

KC Mooney Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations to this existing mixed-use building, consisting of:

• A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.83 (approximately 69,918 sq. ft.)
• 148 vehicle parking spaces

Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
