Stuart Howard Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a five-storey apartment building and three-storey townhouses at the rear of the site, over one partial storey underground for storages and mechanical rooms, consisting of:
A total of 40 secured market rental units
A proposed FSR of 1.75 (25,534 sq.ft.)
A proposed height of 13.7 m (44.93 ft.)
Six surface parking spaces having vehicular access from lane.
The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing of February 25, 2025. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
