The Director of Planning approved the application on March 7, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Neighbourhood Self Storage Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, a six-storey Mini-Storage Warehouse consisting of:
- A proposed height of approximately 81 ft. (25 m)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 5.0
- A proposed floor area of approximately 107,075 sq. ft. (9,948 m²)
Under the site’s existing M-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
