A new stair and elevator tower connecting interior and exterior exhibit areas
Renovation of interior gallery spaces, including a new underwater viewing tunnel
Installation of new Life Support System, associated mechanical, electrical and filtration equipment
Under the site’s existing R1-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, however it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
