MGBA Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and a change of use from Office and Print Shop/Warehouse to Office and Manufacturing (sensor assembly) Warehouse in this existing commercial building, consisting of:

• A floor area of approximately 32,742.0 sq. ft.
• Hours of operation: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
