The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 29, 2025.


Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-unit multiple dwelling, consisting of:

  • A proposed total Floor Space Ratio of 1.2 (approximately 7,228 sq. ft.) for the site
  • A proposed height of approximately 37 ft.
  • Four parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane
