The Director of Planning approved the application on March 2, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
True Maple Construction Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To add and perform interior and exterior alterations to this existing single detached house with basement
- A total height of approximately 32 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of: 0.85 (approximately 2,584 sq. ft.)
- To remove and replace the existing two-car garage in the rear having vehicular access from the lane
- A total height of approximately 15 ft.
Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
