Skladan Architecture Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install a permanent outdoor patio to be used in conjunction with this existing Restaurant Class-1 tenant, consisting of;

• Approximately 350 sq. ft.
• Proposed hours of operation:
  • 9:00 am to 10:00 pm seven days a week

Under the site’s existing M-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
