The Director of Planning approved the application on August 7, 2024, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Gradual Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations to this existing multiple dwelling, consisting of:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.96 (approximately 5,936 sq. ft.)
  • Increase in dwelling units from six to eight
  • Six vehicle parking spaces, having access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
