The Director of Planning approved the application on March 15, 2023, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
SNK Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-and-a-half-storey, infill single detached house with an attached garage at the rear of this site, consisting of:
- A total height of approximately 28 ft.
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.33 (approximately 1,000 sq. ft.)
- Two parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
