J + S Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations and a change of use from a General Office (Presentation Centre) to Child Daycare Facility for up to 37 children, in this existing commercial building, consisting of:

• Approximately 2,573.0 sq.ft.
• Proposed hours of operation:
  • 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
