Happy May Education Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and change of use from a General Office (Presentation Centre) to Child Day Care facility for 30 children, in this existing commercial building, consisting of:
- Approximately 2,284.0 sq. ft.
- Proposed hours of operation: 7:45 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Three parking spaces and one Class-B loading space provided
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
