Urban Design Group Architects Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site consisting of:
- To change the use of existing Wholesaling-Class A with ancillary office to a Child Care Facility for a maximum of 366 children for the site
- A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.10 for the site (approximately 26,000 sq. ft).
- Hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
