Christopher Bozyk Architects Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a seven-storey, mixed-use building containing Storage and Wholesale use on this site, consisting of:
- A Floor Space Ratio of 3.0 (approximately 184,229 sq. ft.)
- A proposed Height of 99.7 ft.
- Surface parking, having access from SW Marine Drive
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
