The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the CD-1 (285) (Comprehensive Development).

The amendment includes:

  • Increases density from 4.49 to 5.77 FSR;
  • Increases total floor area from 60,737.1 sq. m to 78,090 sq. m;
  • Increases maximum height from 88.0 m to 136.0 m;
  • Increases tower heights from 26 and 24 storeys to 39 and 37 storeys, and amends tower location;
  • Changes residential tenure from social housing to rental with 10% at below market rate; and
  • Increases housing units from 299 to 630.

This application is being considered under the Oakridge Transit Centre and Adjacent Sites Policy Statement and Transit-Oriented Areas Rezoning Policy.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
