Raffaele Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a five-storey mixed-use building with Motor Vehicle Wash on the ground floor and Mini-Storage Warehouse use on Levels 2 to 5 on this site, consisting of:
- A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.00 for the site (approximately 86,404 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 75.71 ft. (23.08 m)
- Parking and loading on the main level having access from Shaughnessy Street
Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
