990 Broughton St (DP-2025-00539) development application

McCuaig and Associates Engineering Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations to this existing multiple dwelling building including the addition of two dwelling units resulting in an increase in Floor Space Ratio, consisting of:

• Increase the number of dwelling units from 80 to 82
• Increase the Floor Space Ratio from 3.35 (approximately 57,990.0 sq. ft.) to 3.43 (approximately 59,348.0 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RM-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
