Stantec Architecture Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and convert the existing six-storey apartment on this site, consisting of:

  • 109 secured market rental dwelling units
  • A proposed FSR of 10.19 (8,652 m2 – 88,182 sq.ft.), as part of a proposed Heritage Revitalization Agreement
  • A proposed building height of 43.0m – 141 ft.
  • The restoration and repair of the existing building facades

This is to supersede the previously issued DP-2023-00336.


Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
