April 22, 2025: Jericho Lands Official Development Plan (ODP) approved by Vancouver City Council

On April 22 the ʔəy̓alməxʷ/Iy̓álmexw/Jericho Lands ODP was approved by Vancouver City Council. The ODP translates key elements of the ʔəy̓alməxʷ/Iy̓álmexw/Jericho Lands Policy Statement (2024) into a by-law as regulation. The next step with the project will be submission of the Phase 1 rezoning application, which is anticipated in late 2025 or early 2026.
