Council Approves Extension of Rental Housing Stock ODP

Council approved the extension of the Rental Housing Stock Official Development Plan to C-2, C-2B, C-2C,and C-2C1 districts on April 1, 2021. To read about the Council-approved motion, please refer to the meeting minutes. The enactment of the by-law is scheduled for April 27, 2021.
