This would make the approval process for rental housing faster, simpler and more predictable by removing the need for individual site-by-site rezoning applications. Most sites within C-2 type zones already allow 6-storey rental buildings.

For convenience here is a direct link. Your floorplans show that two suites per level don't have balconies and only have sliding windows. This doesn't conform with the Broadway Plan that requires these units to have balconies.
