Public engagement summary

In spring 2025, staff hosted in-person events to share information on the proposed updates and listen to feedback. We also gathered input through an online survey.

Next steps

Staff are preparing a final recommendation, which will be presented to Council for their consideration in February 2026. The recommended updates, as well as information on how to provide input to Council will be shared on this page prior to the meeting.
