118-150 Robson St and 828 Cambie St Text amendment
The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend CD-1 (776) (Comprehensive Development) District to permit an increase in density and height of a 29-storey mixed-use rental building with a three-storey podium.
The proposal includes an increase in:
- Floor space ratio (FSR) from 10.33 to 11.03; and
- Maximum building height from 87.2 m (286 ft.) to 89.7 m (294 ft.)
This application is being considered under the Rezoning Policy for the Central Business District (CBD) and CBD Shoulder.
The opportunity to ask questions through the Q&A is available from September 10 to September 23, 2025.
