The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from FC-2 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 36-storey and a 28-storey building including commercial, office, and residential uses with an eight-storey podium. Overall, the proposal includes:

  • 470 units with 20% of the floor area for below-market rental units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 11.1; and
  • A building height of 87.4 m (287 ft.) and 109.8 m (360 ft.).

This application is being considered under the False Creek Flats Planand the Transit-Oriented Areas Rezoning Policy.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
