The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from C-1 (Commercial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a five-storey mixed-use building and includes:

  • 23 rental residential units;
  • Commercial space on the ground floor;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.75; and
  • A building height of 18 m (59 ft.).

This application is being considered under the Grandview Woodland Community Plan

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.

    There’s interest for the Vietnamese restaurant to continue to operate in the neighbourhood. The applicant has indicated that the family-run restaurant is planning to return to the site and occupy one of the retail spaces after project completion.
