Tera Housing Consultants has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with an 18-storey, mixed-use building. This proposal includes:
191 social housing dwelling units
Live-work units
Retail at grade
A floor space ratio of 5.58
An approximate maximum height of 59.7 m (196 ft.)
Two levels of underground parking, accessed from the lane
The development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on December 14, 2023, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
