5,545 m² (59,686 sq. ft.) for instructional areas including classrooms, a gymnasium, and community facilities to accommodate 630 students
An activated rooftop space
A proposed floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.7
A building height of 17.6 m. (58 ft.)
This application follows a rezoning for the site that approved an amendment to the existing zoning CD-1 (454) to allow an increase in height from 13.5 m (44 ft.) to 18.8 m (62 ft.). This amendment was approved by Council on February 26, 2026, following the Public Hearing on February 12, 2026.
