Marcon Developments Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a 22-storey plus rooftop amenity level mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:
- 210 secured market rental units, with 20% of the floor area secured for below-market rental units
- Retail uses located at and below grade
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 7.1 (146,169 sq.ft./13,579 m²)
- A proposed maximum building height of 71 m (222 ft.)
- Four levels of underground parking accessed from the lane
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 rezoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
