The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend the CD-1 (893) (Comprehensive Development) District to permit an increase in density, height, number of storeys, and floor area of a 10-storey rental building with a four-storey podium.

  • Increase in FSR from 5.42 to 6.75;
  • Increase height from 36 m (118 ft.) to 44.8 m (147 ft.);
  • Increase in the number of storeys from 10 to 13; and
  • Additional floor area is approximately 3636 sq. m. (39,140 sq. ft.).

This application is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan.

Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.
