Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a one-storey retail building with below grade parking, having vehicular access from the street.

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (567) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
