The application has not changed. The proposal is to allow for the development of one 4-storey residential building and one 3-storey residential building. The zoning would change from RT-5 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. This proposal includes:

  • 13 secured market rental units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.43;
  • A building height of 11.4 m (37.5 ft.); and
  • 4 vehicle parking spaces and 20 bicycle parking spaces.

    The unit mix for the proposal is 2x studio, 6x one-bedroom, 3x two-bedroom and 2x three-bedroom units, for a total of 13 units.
