PCI Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- An 18-storey mixed-use residential building with additional height for amenity space
- 166 rental units, with 20% of the residential floor area as below-market rental units
- A Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 8.56
- Commercial space on the ground floor
- Four levels of underground parking accessed from the rear laneway
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
